1. PAYMENT
- Daleel Bali Holiday Packages require 50% deposit.
- Other packages require 30% deposit.
- Air travel services require full payment in advance.

Client can pay for any Daleel Bali services by:
- Cash
- Bank Transfer
- ATM
- Internet Banking Transfer

Payment should be transferred to one of these bank accounts:

2. CANCELLATION
Client may cancel the booking at any time provided that the cancellation is communicated to Daleel Bali. Cancellation charges will be applied as listed below:

- Air travel services, 100% of total cost or depends on the class fare applied on the ticket.
- 15 days or more, all of down payment (30% of total amount).
- 14 - 07 days, 50% of total travel cost.
- 04 days - day of travel, No Refund.

3. TRANSACTION CONFIRMATION
Inform us about the payment and we'll confirm it.
Client will receive the invoice of all services after all the bookings are confirmed by Daleel Bali. Payment must be done before the due date listed. Client's inquiry is not considered as a reservation until it is confirmed by Daleel Bali and it should be deposited by client. Payment of the deposit indicates client have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

PASSPORT, VISA AND IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS
It is client's responsibility to fullfil the passport, visa and other immigration requirements applicable to client's itinerary. Client should confirm these with the relevant embassies and/or consulates. We do not accept any responsibility in the case of client being unable to travel due to not complying with any such requirements.

Client is also required to carry a valid International Student I.D., and International Youth I.D. or an International Teacher I.D. card if client is traveling on a special student/youth/teacher ticket. It is client's responsibility to verify this with our travel expert who is assisting client.

4. INSURANCE
Daleel bali doesn't provide any insurance. Insurance that is mentioned in the packages are provided by third party activities operator. Client is totally responsible for arranging their insurance that covers for loss, medical expenses, illness or accident during the trip. We strongly recommend that client has taken out adequate insurance for the duration of journey.


5. FLIGHTS
All departure and arrival time provided by the airline are only estimation. They may change due to air traffic control restrictions, weather conditions, operational or maintenance requirements. Daleel Bali is not liable if there is any change to the flight schedule.
